GFC then does a thorough investigation of the property to understand the environment and infrastructure. Once that is done, GFC will incorporate the most appropriate action plan, put it to paper in great detail, and will submit the project estimate or proposal. To ensure there are no surprises, the estimate or proposal will be compiled from a set of “fixed rate contracts” we collect off our RFP (Request For Proposals) from each contractor that is needed for the project. This process allows us to deliver you a Turn-Key proposal with an associated “Fixed Rate”. This really helps to minimize the “nickel and diming” or constant Change Orders you see with our other contractors.

We first provide you with a Gantt chart schedule of the project timeline that includes daily activities, procurement, deliveries, inspections and cleanings. You will also be assigned a dedicated project manager that is your direct point of contact for everything and anything you may need until your project is completed. This means immediate communication, whether via telephone, email or in person, in regards to any and all aspects of your project.
