At Great Falls Contractors, our company structure and processes were designed to simplify and revolutionize the way homeowners deal with builders and contractors.

When simply conceptualizing an idea or working off plans that you have already had done, the GFC experience is much different than dealing with ordinary, standard issue contractors. GFC’s team is not comprised of “jack of all trades” contractors who are just decent at everything. All of our teams are comprised of a combination of accredited skilled and gifted contractors, including everything from Master Electricians, Master Plumbers, Rough and Finish Carpenters, Millwork teams, Drywall and Painters, Custom Tile Experts, Designers and Architects. Those are just some of the everyday crews we deal with in addition to another 30+ skilled experts and professionals in their proprietary fields.

From our initial meeting, GFC listens to what the customer wants, helps the customer understand feasibility, budgets, and code in the best combination to achieve their goals. GFC then does a thorough investigation of the property to understand the environment and infrastructure. Once that is done, GFC will incorporate the most appropriate action plan, put it to paper in great detail, and will submit the project estimate or proposal. To ensure there are no surprises, the estimate or proposal will be compiled from a set of “fixed rate contracts” we collect off our RFP (Request For Proposals) from each contractor that is needed for the project. This process allows us to deliver you a Turn-Key proposal with an associated “Fixed Rate”. This really helps to minimize the “nickel and diming” or constant Change Orders you see with our other contractors.

When you hire Great Falls Contractors for a project, the communication, attention to detail and project transitions are seamless. We first provide you with a Gantt chart schedule of the project timeline that includes daily activities, procurement, deliveries, inspections and cleanings. You will also be assigned a dedicated project manager that is your direct point of contact for everything and anything you may need until your project is completed. This means immediate communication, whether via telephone, email or in person, in regards to any and all aspects of your project. The project manager will provide you with daily updates for each stage of the job, as well as coordinate all crews to keep the project moving, with virtually no downtime.

When it comes to finishing and materials, GFC has dedicated procurement specialists that do everything from offering product ideas, price shopping, coordinating, tracking and real-time updates to ensure on-time shipping and delivery of items to the job site. Because GFC has volume discounts from nearly every vendor (Contractors Pricing) in the Capital area, we pass the savings on to you, giving us the ability to price projects more aggressively than if you were to shop around every part of your project, resulting in the greatest in cost-cutting measures.
